Refund Policy

  • We allow all Cohort members to request a refund within 30 days of purchase. If a member requests a refund before then, they will receive a full refund.

    If a refund is requested outside of the 30-day window, members are expected to continue within Cohort for the remainder of the term. The term is determined by the specific product a member has purchased.

    If you are a current member looking to request a refund, contact email Cohort HQ or info@bycohort.com. Please provide the student and parent names, purchase details, and the reason for the refund request.
