Promotion Terms and Conditions – Double Office Hours Offer
Eligibility
This promotion applies to new families who enroll in Cohort by 11:59 PM PST on October 3, 2025.
Enrollment is considered complete once payment for the first month has been processed.
Offer Details
Families will receive double the standard number of Office Hours (1-on-1 meetings) during their first month of enrollment.
This bonus applies to Cohort’s standard offerings. For any custom or non-standard programs, bonus Office Hours may vary and will be determined at Cohort’s sole discretion.
Usage of Bonus Hours
Bonus Office Hours must be used within the first 30 days of enrollment. Usage is determined by the date of the scheduled event, not the date the event was scheduled.
Any unused bonus hours will expire at the end of this 30-day period and will not roll over or be credited toward future months.
Non-Transferability
Bonus Office Hours are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or applied to other services.
Modification and Termination
Cohort reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, if circumstances require.
In the event of dispute, Cohort’s decision will be final.
